AES-128-CBC Decrypter

Decrypt given data previously encoded with aes-128-cbc cipher algo. AES with 128-bit key in Cipher Block Chaining mode. AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) was established by NIST in 2001, with CBC (Cipher Block Chaining) mode providing confidentiality by XORing each plaintext block with the previous ciphertext block. Considered secure, but vulnerable to padding oracle attacks if not implemented correctly. Our decryption process assumes the IV string is prepended in the encoded string during the encryption process. You can not decrypt and get the correct results if the IV or passphrase mismatch occurs between encryption and decryption process.
