Decrypt given data previously encoded with aes-128-ctr cipher algo. AES-128 in Counter mode. Converts AES into a stream cipher by generating keystream blocks from a counter. Secure if counter values are unique; vulnerable to reuse attacks. Our decryption process assumes the IV string is prepended in the encoded string during the encryption process. You can not decrypt and get the correct results if the IV or passphrase mismatch occurs between encryption and decryption process.
