Decrypt given data previously encoded with aes-192-cbc cipher algo. AES with 192-bit key in Cipher Block Chaining mode. Similar to AES-128-CBC but with a longer key for added security. Considered secure but still vulnerable to padding oracle attacks. Our decryption process assumes the IV string is prepended in the encoded string during the encryption process. You can not decrypt and get the correct results if the IV or passphrase mismatch occurs between encryption and decryption process.
