Decrypt given data previously encoded with aria-128-cbc cipher algo. ARIA with 128-bit key in CBC (Cipher Block Chaining) mode. ARIA was developed by South Korea as a national encryption standard. Secure but requires IV handling carefully to avoid vulnerabilities. Our decryption process assumes the IV string is prepended in the encoded string during the encryption process. You can not decrypt and get the correct results if the IV or passphrase mismatch occurs between encryption and decryption process.
