Decrypt given data previously encoded with aria-128-cfb1 cipher algo. ARIA with 128-bit key in CFB-1 mode, encrypting one bit at a time. A variant of CFB mode designed for bit-level encryption. Secure but not widely used due to inefficiency. Our decryption process assumes the IV string is prepended in the encoded string during the encryption process. You can not decrypt and get the correct results if the IV or passphrase mismatch occurs between encryption and decryption process.
