Decrypt given data previously encoded with aria-256-ctr cipher algo. ARIA with a 256-bit key in CTR (Counter) mode, turning the block cipher into a stream cipher. A mode developed as part of ARIA's full suite of encryption options. Considered secure and efficient for parallel processing. Our decryption process assumes the IV string is prepended in the encoded string during the encryption process. You can not decrypt and get the correct results if the IV or passphrase mismatch occurs between encryption and decryption process.
