Decrypt given data previously encoded with aria-256-ofb cipher algo. ARIA with a 256-bit key in OFB (Output Feedback) mode. Part of the suite of ARIA modes developed by KISA. Secure but less efficient compared to CTR mode. Our decryption process assumes the IV string is prepended in the encoded string during the encryption process. You can not decrypt and get the correct results if the IV or passphrase mismatch occurs between encryption and decryption process.
