Decrypt given data previously encoded with aria192 cipher algo. ARIA with a 192-bit key. Designed by KISA as part of a national initiative for strong cryptographic standards in South Korea. Considered secure, with better security than the 128-bit variant but less than the 256-bit version. Our decryption process assumes the IV string is prepended in the encoded string during the encryption process. You can not decrypt and get the correct results if the IV or passphrase mismatch occurs between encryption and decryption process.
