BF-CBC Decrypter

Decrypt given data previously encoded with bf-cbc cipher algo. Blowfish in CBC (Cipher Block Chaining) mode. This mode XORs each plaintext block with the previous ciphertext block before encryption. Blowfish was designed in 1993 by Bruce Schneier as a fast and secure alternative to existing encryption algorithms. Blowfish is considered secure but is no longer recommended due to its 64-bit block size, which is susceptible to birthday attacks in modern contexts. Our decryption process assumes the IV string is prepended in the encoded string during the encryption process. You can not decrypt and get the correct results if the IV or passphrase mismatch occurs between encryption and decryption process.
