Decrypt given data previously encoded with desx-cbc cipher algo. DES-X in CBC (Cipher Block Chaining) mode, where DES-X is used with block chaining to encrypt plaintext. DES-X-CBC was introduced to improve DES by using key whitening and the CBC mode of operation for better security over standard DES. DES-X is more secure than standard DES, but it is still outdated compared to modern encryption standards like AES. Our decryption process assumes the IV string is prepended in the encoded string during the encryption process. You can not decrypt and get the correct results if the IV or passphrase mismatch occurs between encryption and decryption process.
