Decrypt given data previously encoded with rc2-128 cipher algo. RC2 with a 128-bit key size, providing stronger encryption compared to lower key lengths. RC2-128 was developed to offer better security than the base RC2 cipher, with a fixed key length for enhanced encryption strength. While more secure than lower key lengths of RC2, RC2-128 is still considered weak by modern standards and is no longer recommended for use. Our decryption process assumes the IV string is prepended in the encoded string during the encryption process. You can not decrypt and get the correct results if the IV or passphrase mismatch occurs between encryption and decryption process.
