Decrypt given data previously encoded with rc2-cbc cipher algo. RC2 in CBC (Cipher Block Chaining) mode, improving security by chaining ciphertext blocks together. This was an improvement over the base RC2 algorithm, though still considered weak by today's cryptographic standards. RC2-CBC is considered weak and is unsuitable for use in modern applications. Our decryption process assumes the IV string is prepended in the encoded string during the encryption process. You can not decrypt and get the correct results if the IV or passphrase mismatch occurs between encryption and decryption process.
