Encrypt given data using aes-192-cbc cipher algo. AES with 192-bit key in Cipher Block Chaining mode. Similar to AES-128-CBC but with a longer key for added security. Considered secure but still vulnerable to padding oracle attacks. Our encryption process prepends the IV string used during the encryption process in the encrypted data so that it can be used during decryption.
