Encrypt given data using aes-192-ecb cipher algo. AES with 192-bit key in Electronic Codebook (ECB) mode, where identical plaintext blocks encrypt to identical ciphertext blocks. One of the earliest AES modes but considered insecure due to pattern leakage. Not recommended due to susceptibility to frequency analysis and lack of diffusion. Our encryption process prepends the IV string used during the encryption process in the encrypted data so that it can be used during decryption.
