Encrypt given data using aes-256-ccm cipher algo. AES with 256-bit key in Counter with CBC-MAC (CCM) mode, which combines CTR mode encryption with CBC-MAC authentication. Developed for resource-constrained environments, commonly used in wireless security protocols like WPA2. Secure when used correctly, but requires careful nonce management to avoid vulnerabilities. Our encryption process prepends the IV string used during the encryption process in the encrypted data so that it can be used during decryption.
