Encrypt given data using aria-128-cbc cipher algo. ARIA with 128-bit key in CBC (Cipher Block Chaining) mode. ARIA was developed by South Korea as a national encryption standard. Secure but requires IV handling carefully to avoid vulnerabilities. Our encryption process prepends the IV string used during the encryption process in the encrypted data so that it can be used during decryption.
