ARIA-192-CBC Encrypter

Encrypt given data using aria-192-cbc cipher algo. ARIA (Advanced Rijndael Implementation Algorithm) is a symmetric key block cipher that operates in the CBC (Cipher Block Chaining) mode, using a 192-bit key size. Developed by the Korean Information Security Agency (KISA) as part of the competition to find a replacement for DES and AES. Considered secure with a 192-bit key size, though it's less widely adopted than AES. Our encryption process prepends the IV string used during the encryption process in the encrypted data so that it can be used during decryption.
