Encrypt given data using aria-192-ccm cipher algo. ARIA with CCM (Counter with CBC-MAC) mode is used for authenticated encryption with associated data (AEAD). It provides both confidentiality and integrity. ARIA was developed in South Korea for national encryption standards. Considered secure, providing both encryption and authentication. Our encryption process prepends the IV string used during the encryption process in the encrypted data so that it can be used during decryption.
