Encrypt given data using aria-192-cfb1 cipher algo. ARIA in CFB1 mode uses a 192-bit key and provides a one-bit feedback stream cipher mode. Developed as a flexible mode of operation for ARIA in South Korea. Secure for its purpose but relatively slow and not widely used. Our encryption process prepends the IV string used during the encryption process in the encrypted data so that it can be used during decryption.
