Encrypt given data using aria-256-ctr cipher algo. ARIA with a 256-bit key in CTR (Counter) mode, turning the block cipher into a stream cipher. A mode developed as part of ARIA's full suite of encryption options. Considered secure and efficient for parallel processing. Our encryption process prepends the IV string used during the encryption process in the encrypted data so that it can be used during decryption.
