Encrypt given data using aria-256-ofb cipher algo. ARIA with a 256-bit key in OFB (Output Feedback) mode. Part of the suite of ARIA modes developed by KISA. Secure but less efficient compared to CTR mode. Our encryption process prepends the IV string used during the encryption process in the encrypted data so that it can be used during decryption.
