Encrypt given data using aria192 cipher algo. ARIA with a 192-bit key. Designed by KISA as part of a national initiative for strong cryptographic standards in South Korea. Considered secure, with better security than the 128-bit variant but less than the 256-bit version. Our encryption process prepends the IV string used during the encryption process in the encrypted data so that it can be used during decryption.
