Encrypt given data using camellia-192-cbc cipher algo. Camellia in 192-bit key size with CBC mode, providing an extra layer of security over 128-bit key variants. Part of the Camellia suite developed by Mitsubishi Electric and NTT in the early 2000s, offering enhanced security through a longer key size. Camellia-192 is considered highly secure, with a 192-bit key offering a stronger defense against brute-force attacks compared to 128-bit variants. Our encryption process prepends the IV string used during the encryption process in the encrypted data so that it can be used during decryption.
