Encrypt given data using camellia-192-cfb1 cipher algo. Camellia in 192-bit key size with CFB1 mode, which encrypts one bit at a time using feedback. CFB1 mode was designed to offer low-latency encryption for Camellia, used in certain environments where real-time encryption is needed. Camellia-192-CFB1 is secure but used infrequently due to the specialized nature of CFB1 mode. Our encryption process prepends the IV string used during the encryption process in the encrypted data so that it can be used during decryption.
