Encrypt given data using camellia-192-ctr cipher algo. Camellia in 192-bit key size with CTR mode, enabling fast, parallelized encryption by using a counter for stream generation. CTR mode, a strong and fast encryption mode, was included in the Camellia family to support high-speed cryptographic applications. Camellia-192-CTR is highly secure, fast, and efficient, often used in performance-sensitive environments. Our encryption process prepends the IV string used during the encryption process in the encrypted data so that it can be used during decryption.
