Encrypt given data using des-cfb8 cipher algo. DES in CFB8 mode, encrypting 8 bits at a time using feedback from previous ciphertext blocks. CFB8 mode was designed to provide an efficient and secure encryption method for smaller data units using DES. DES-CFB8 is more secure than ECB but still relies on the insecure DES algorithm. Our encryption process prepends the IV string used during the encryption process in the encrypted data so that it can be used during decryption.
