Encrypt given data using seed-cbc cipher algo. SEED in CBC (Cipher Block Chaining) mode, providing secure encryption by chaining blocks together. CBC mode was adopted for SEED to prevent identical plaintext blocks from producing identical ciphertext blocks. SEED-CBC is considered secure, though newer ciphers like AES are preferred in modern cryptographic applications. Our encryption process prepends the IV string used during the encryption process in the encrypted data so that it can be used during decryption.
